Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website. 

OTHER RETURN DETAILS:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns.

HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

• Please allow 10 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

• Damaged items MUST be reported to [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!

EXCHANGES

• At this time, we are unable to exchange items. Please place a new order on the website for a different size, color or product Thank you!

STOLEN ITEMS

• Packages that are shown as delivered according to the tracking information cannot be reshipped by The TeenyTiny Company. Insurance is optional, very cheap, and available during checkout to cover this possibility for your protection.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

• Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

• We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Due to our short fulfillment times, please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders.
